What is a virtual pa?
A virtual pa is an independent contractor who supports your business from their own premises, with their own equipment and at a significantly lower cost than the long term financial commitment of hiring a full time employee; and the constant concern, no matter how your business is being affected by the economy or fluctuations in the market you still need to find not only the wages but PAYE, N.I. holiday pay etc.
