Virtual administration or assistant services are designed to be just that, with the aid of technology, the majority of tasks can be completed virtually. In this so called paperless age we are encouraged not to print if it really isn’t necessary. To store our information electronically.
That’s fine and can and does work – but some people like or need hard copies.
If your premises are not local to Out Of Office or one of our contacts:
- we can visit you once a month (if the paperwork is not of an urgent nature) to collect the following months work, and to drop off the completed previous months work.
Or
- you can post hard copies as and when you need to (sae’s can be provided by Out Of Office)
If you or your business are based locally:
- we can collect and/ or deliver paperwork as and when required or on a weekly basis, according to your business needs.
And
Important documents can be scanned and emailed, before the posting of the originals by recorded delivery. (cost not included)
Or
- if you require Out Of Office to receive and deal with your post, we can take redirected post, by arrangement.
Computers can be accessed remotely to allow virtual response to emails on your behalf, or simply reading and flagging for attention.
Signatures can be arranged digitally and copies of the paperwork sent to all relevant parties, immediately following a signature being completed.
